Chris Brown is serving his first term in the General Assembly and is a former Burlington County Freeholder. Prior to joining the Assembly, he most recently served as a Freeholder Deputy Director, with oversight responsibilities that included the county prosecutor's office, courts and corrections, as well as the county's three schools of higher education (Burlington County College, Burlington County Institute of Technology, and Special services).

Chris is the CEO of Guardian Property & Casualty, Guardian Settlement Agents, and RE/MAX Connection real estate offices.

He has been an active supporter of the Center for the Arts of South Jersey, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the MS Foundation, and "One Child Saved," an organization started by newsman Don Tollefson which helps disadvantaged children.
